Terms of Use
These terms apply to Escalation Binder software provided by TeamAdler, LLC.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, authorization, classification, retention, and lawful handling of the information you enter or share. Do not store passwords, access tokens, private keys, or other secrets in the app.
Availability and backups
Software and cloud services may be unavailable. Export important records and maintain backups appropriate to your organization. Do not rely on Escalation Binder as the only copy of legally or operationally required records.
Platform terms
Platform use, App Store purchases, iCloud, and CloudKit are subject to the applicable platform terms. The developer does not control iCloud account access or CloudKit service availability.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular incident, compliance regime, or business purpose.
